An Optometrist Eye Report will be required prior to the evaluation showing that the minimum requirements needed to meet the standard for driving in Ontario are present.

If there are any concerns, client is referred to an Eye Specialist.

Cognitive Testing is also completed to determine if the client possesses the cognitive and perceptual skills necessary for safe driving.
